My name is Angela Chirico, and I am raising funds to adopt my 2-year-old grandson, Francis.

Our family has been through an unimaginable tragedy. Francis’s older brother, Devin, was only three years old and would have turned four on March 18th. He tragically lost his life on March 11th at the hands of his mother, while his father, my son, did nothing to help him.

In January, I made a report because I was concerned for the children’s safety. Sadly, this tragedy still occurred due to the negligence of Youth and Family Services. Because of this, I am doing everything in my power to make sure Francis is safe and surrounded by love.

I am now working to adopt Francis so he can stay with me and have the stable, caring home he deserves. However, the legal costs for an attorney and the adoption process are more than I can afford on my own.

I am asking for help to cover these expenses so I can complete the adoption and protect my grandson’s future.
