As of June 15th 2025 it is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Francisco Fernandez aka Mr. Frank; a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, son and friend who tragically lost his life after a long and courageous battle. While working in New York, Francisco was struck by a vehicle in a devastating accident that left him with severe brain damage. He spent over nine months in a coma, fighting with the quiet strength that defined his character. After months of prayer, care, and holding onto hope, his family made the difficult decision to leave it in God’s hands. On Father’s day June 15th 2025, Francisco found peace and transitioned from this world, surrounded by love.

Francisco was truly one of a kind—selfless, humble, and always putting others before himself. He worked tirelessly to provide for his family, never asking for anything in return. A dedicated husband to Rosa for 50 years, and a loving father to his four children—Role, Jessica, Bryan, and Aisha—Francisco lived a life centered around love, responsibility, and quiet strength. He was the kind of man who lit up a room not with loud words, but with his presence, his hard work, and his unwavering devotion to those he loved.

His loss has left an unimaginable void in the hearts of his family and all who knew him. As they navigate this incredibly difficult time, we are asking for support to help ease the financial burden left behind—from extensive medical costs and funeral services to the many affairs that come with such a profound loss. Any contribution, no matter the size, would mean the world to the Fernandez family.

Francisco’s legacy will continue to live on through his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, who will carry his values of kindness, strength, and faith forward. El 15 de Junio de 2025, con gran pesar, compartimos el fallecimiento de Francisco Fernández, también conocido como el Sr. Frank; un devoto esposo, padre, abuelo, bisabuelo, hijo y amigo que perdió la vida trágicamente tras una larga y valiente batalla. Mientras trabajaba en Nueva York, Francisco fue atropellado por un vehículo en un accidente devastador que le causó daño cerebral grave. Pasó más de nueve meses en coma, luchando con la serena fortaleza que definía su carácter. Tras meses de oración, cariño y esperanza, su familia tomó la difícil decisión de dejarla en manos de Dios. El 15 de Junio de 2025, Día del Padre, Francisco encontró paz y partió de este mundo rodeado de amor.

Francisco fue verdaderamente único: desinteresado, humilde y siempre priorizando a los demás. Trabajó incansablemente para mantener a su familia, sin pedir nada a cambio.
