Our family is reaching out during one of the most life changing events of our lives. Chad—our brother, son, husband, and friend—recently suffered a life-altering accident. He is now facing multiple medical procedures, intensive medical care, and a long, uncertain journey toward recovery. His treatment requires frequent travel to the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor for specialized care, and these trips are expensive and only partially covered by insurance.

Just months into a new job and recently retired from military service, Chad has always been the rock for everyone around him. As a devoted father of three young children, he has never hesitated to put others first. But the sudden loss of income, combined with the mounting medical and travel expenses, has placed an overwhelming financial burden on his family.
