Hi everyone, I'm Jane Pfeffer, a co-worker of our beloved Fran Polino who suffered a stroke a month ago in the office here at TDF. Fran has been a devoted member of TDF's Accessibility Programs for over 30 years, helping countless individuals with physical and developmental disabilities attend the theatre.

She is making progress slowly and is currently in Mount Sinai's Intense Rehabilitation Unit on the west side of Manhattan. Her speech is impaired and her right side is not functioning but the prognosis is optimistic with time. As we all know there is no timeline for recovery from a stroke.

The funds raised will help supplement the disability she will be receiving during her recovery to pay her regular monthly bills as well as any hospital bills for services not covered by insurance.

Naturally, anything you can spare would be greatly appreciated and is going directly to Fran.
