My name is Marc and I work with a wonderful woman, Fran Cooke. Fran is an incredible woman in her mid-80s who has returned to the workforce to work at a local liquor store to help support her disabled daughter. She is a customer favorite, greeting customers with kindness, a ready smile, and humor (sometimes with a little bit of good-natured sass).
Recently, Fran experienced serious medical problems that have left her unable to work. What started as a health scare has now turned into a difficult recovery, and the reality is that she may not be able to return to work anytime soon.
Without the ability to work, Fran is now facing mounting medical bills along with her and her daughter's living expenses. After a lifetime of hard work and kindness to the people around her, she deserves support during this challenging time.
