This is Drew Drake of the Good Guy Collective and I am one of the founders of the Fourth & Chill Festival, which is a FREE music and arts festival celebrating the rich history of art and activism in the Fourth & Gill neighborhood in Knoxville, on October 4th, 2025.

This festival is a passion of mine, creating an experience that centers the concept of celebrating local artists and paying them the equivalent of national artists who are brought into our communities for festivals in Knoxville and East Tennessee year-round.

We are sponsored and community-powered by our partner Adelante, a pro bono legal firm offering free legal aid to marginalized community members in need. This collaboration between Adelante and Good Guy Collective will take place as a street festival on N 4th Ave on Oct 4th from 11am - 9pm.
