Our beloved father, Forrest Grant, was tragically and senselessly taken from us. In a moment of bravery and compassion that defined who he was, Forrest stepped in to protect a neighbor during an argument involving two other individuals. In doing so, he lost his life.

Forrest was a kind and compassionate man—a protector by nature, a listener by heart, and someone who never hesitated to help those around him. His passing will leave an immeasurable void in the lives of all who knew and loved him.

He leaves behind five children, spread across the country, all devastated by this loss. It’s heartbreaking enough to lose him, but the distance between us and the costs involved make it incredibly difficult to come together to give him the farewell he deserves.

We’re raising funds to help cover the costs of his funeral, travel expenses for his children to be present, and any other unforeseen arrangements that come with such an unexpected loss. Our goal is to honor Forrest in the way he lived—with love, dignity, and unity.
