Dear Friends and Supporters of Foregen,

We are entering a critical phase of our mission: the preclinical research that lays the groundwork for human clinical trials. Thanks to your continued support, we have made tremendous progress, and we are ready to take on the next major step toward developing a regenerative medicine solution for circumcised men.

Why We Need Your Help Now

Preclinical research is the bridge between our completed proof-of-concept animal studies and the human clinical trials ahead. With our partners at Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia, led by Dr. Stanislav Žiaran and Ján Kováč, we are launching a preclinical project structured around four milestones. Each one builds toward implant-ready tissue, and your support is what carries them forward:

  • Donor Tissue Collection
Defining donor criteria, validating collection protocols, and securing the foreskin tissue samples that the rest of the project depends on.

  • Dynamic Decellularization
Refining the protocol that removes cellular material while preserving the foreskin's underlying extracellular matrix scaffold, the natural framework on which new tissue can be grown.

  • Dynamic Recellularization
Repopulating the decellularized scaffold with new cells, the step that turns a structural framework into living, growing tissue.

  • Bioreactor Maturation
Growing the recellularized tissue under controlled conditions until it is ready for surgical implantation. Our bioreactor approach also eliminates the need for a two-stage surgery, making the eventual procedure safer, faster, and more likely to receive regulatory approval.

What’s at Stake

Completing the preclinical project is what unlocks everything that comes next: a detailed surgical plan, a partnership with a Contract Research Organization, ethics approvals, and the human clinical trials themselves. Every milestone we finish here is a milestone we never have to repeat.

How You Can Help

We aim to raise $100,000 to fund the preclinical work. Your contributions will go directly toward laboratory operations, materials, and the team carrying this research forward.

Every donation brings us closer to a future where regenerative medicine can fully restore the foreskin in form, function, and sensation.

Thank you for believing in our mission. Together, we are building something that has never been built before.

Sincerely,

The Foregen Team
