On Tuesday, 2/10, my beloved former co-worker Zulieca "Zuly" Estrada was taken away from her family by ICE. Within 48 hours, she was sent to a detention facility in Texas and is now awaiting deportation. Her family has no way to communicate with her, only a tracking number to locate her current location.

Zuly, a New Yorker, is the primary breadwinner for her family, as her husband Estanislao (a day laborer) has been unable to work in the extreme weather we've been experiencing. They have 4 (American) children:
