Hey everyone, I’m reaching out on behalf of Elizabeth Applegate and Zander, who both mean the world to me. Zander is Elizabeth's amazing Golden Retriever and best friend of 11 years. Recently, Zander has been having some progressing health issues. The past few months he's been showing acute signs of what could possibly be neurologic abnormalities.

On 1/19/25 he had a very concerning episode affecting his left eye. After taking him to an urgent care, the doctor explained it would be best for him to see a neurologist. It was discussed that it was possible Zander may have had a stroke. Luckily, we were able to get in that same day, but the neurologist had some continued concern. Unfortunatley, the next step to find the cause of these symptoms is an MRI. I am reaching out to friends, family, and community to help Zander get the answers he needs and deserves.

Elizabeth would do anything to keep Zander safe, happy, healthy, and pain free. The MRI will cost 6-7k, which is a very difficult reality to face. It’s not easy to ask for help when so many of us are going through our own financial struggles. If you are in a position to support Zander with any amount, it would be greatly appreciated.
