Last weekend, Christyn’s partner— and Zai’s loving father, was tragically murdered in Seattle. Their world was turned upside down in an instant. Christyn is now facing the heartbreak of explaining this loss to her young son while trying to hold herself together through grief no parent or partner should have to endure.

Christyn and Zai need help covering the cost of traveling to Arkansas on February 14th to attend his funeral, where he will receive military honors. Being able to say goodbye and honor his life means everything to them, but the sudden financial burden has made this incredibly difficult.
