Support for Zack Robinson and his family

***UPDATE***

Zack's injury has caused him to be paralyzed from the waist down. He is going to now need several months of physical therapy and will need to learn to live in a wheelchair. With the limited supports available in the Kootenay area for accessibility services, I hope we can help raise enough money to get Zack back on his feet once he is able to return home while we figure out his means of living moving forward.

His family will also need help travelling back and forth from Nelson to Vancouver while Zack remains at the physio unit for the next 3-4 months.

Our dear friend Zack Robinson was in a tragic accident at his home this weekend and has had to undergo a very serious surgery on his neck and spine in Vancouver. He is going to be in intensive care in the hospital for some time and has a long road of recovery ahead of him.

His family needs support while staying in Vancouver to be with him, and we want to make sure they have enough funds for food, travel and accommodations to be comfortable and not suffer the whole debt of these expenses.

Zack is an idol in our community and is loved and adored by many. He has one of the biggest hearts and has shown up for so many of us, if you ever need a friend to cheer you up or lend a hand Zack would be there in a heartbeat.

Now we gotta show up for him and his family the same way he would for us.

We still can't say the full extent of his injuries, he had a long and extensive surgery and under sedation until he is more stable.

Please keep him and his family in your prayers as we wait for him to come back to us and begin his road to recovery.
