'It's just so tragic': Brockton boy was trying to rescue his cousin when both drowned
The two boys were identified Sunday as Rafael Andrade, 13, and Tiago Depina, 12, both of Brockton, Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy Cruz said.
They were cousins and neither boy knew how to swim.
As a community, we are saddened by the tragic loss of these young boys. We are organizing this fund to assist the family with the cost for funerals and burial services.
