Support for York's Resilient Survivor

Hello Angels.

Never in a million years would I think I needed to do this. I’m 53 years old, was permanently laid off from my job a year ago (after submitting for a leave for surgery from an injury). I support myself 100% and in times of need helped my 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren.

I am 2X cancer survivor and had to endure the heartbreak of bury both parents young to this horrible disease.

Fast forward, after losing my job and not medically permitted to return to work yet, I’ve fallen behind to a point everything is at stake of losing. My town house, my only vehicle, car insurance, and now my pride.

i have faced tremendous health issues, a broken back (have a full spinal cord implant), left side CVA (stroke), recent surgery with complications to my left rotator cuff and bicep, heart problems (pacemaker). My financial struggles are exasperated by weekly trips to and from York PA to Hershey PA for physical therapy which has greatly impacted my truck wear and tear and excessive gas costs.

Throughout my life I have devoted countless hours to puppy mill rescues, participated, and assisted numerous community outreach programs. I’ve never needed help for myself, but now eating my pride and asking if God has provided for you and you have it in your heart to help, every small cent is a blessing to me.
