I would like your attention on an important topic.  Yaniv, a dear friend and father of three, has suffered tremendously for years with mobility degradation in his neck.  He has exhausted every potential solution to fix the problem, including undergoing invasive surgery that resulted in little to no improvement.  He is in in constant pain and has suffered a serious reduction in quality of life. His disability prevents Yaniv from experiencing the simple pleasures of being a dad, like bike riding, hiking, and enjoying sports with his kids. 
 
At this point, there is only one promising option left to help fix the ailment.  It would require him to fly to Germany to undergo extensive surgery to replace four of the deteriorating disks in his neck. This form of surgery is extremely expensive, not covered by insurance, and will require a stay for up to 2 weeks in the country. We are looking to raise the money as a global community to make this possible, to keep our friends and neighbors healthy and free from suffering.  We need to raise $68,000 to cover the 7-8- day in-patient stay and the surgery, radiology, laboratory, anesthesia and physical therapy expenses.
