It is with heavy hearts that we share the devastating loss of Wornan Garcia, a beloved son, stepson, friend, and teammate. Wornan was tragically killed outside of his high school, Woodrow Wilson High, in a senseless act of violence that has left our family and community shattered. Wornan was a star varsity soccer player with a bright future ahead of him. He was known not only for his talent on the field, but for his kind heart, dedication, and the way he uplifted those around him. Soccer was his passion, but his family and friends were his world.
