I write this with a very heavy heart. My dad, Windford Dail Phelps, tragically and suddenly passed away the morning of Father's Day 2026.

He was a person who worked extremely hard for his family and loved them deeply. He was literally a person who wouldn't think twice about giving the shirt off his back to help someone in need. Family, friends, and community meant everything to him.

As we navigate this immense grief, our family is facing immediate, unexpected expenses to lay him to rest. We need to cover the upfront costs for his transport, the cremation process, and arranging a memorial service to honor his life and legacy.
