My name is Kim Brubacher, it is with a deeply heavy heart that I share the passing of our dear friend, coworker and boss, Wesley Rodriguez. He passed away unexpectedly on February 18, 2026, leaving a void in our professional and personal lives that cannot be filled.

Wesley was more than just a manager; he was a friend, he was a guiding light, a supportive force, and a dedicated husband and father.

Wes didn't do anything halfway. When he was dedicated to something or someone, he gave it his all. He loved his job and devoted 27 years to our company. He was always smiling and bringing humor to any situation. He lived life in a big way, no matter what was going on. He knew how to enjoy life with what he had and loved to laugh and crack a good joke.

We are setting up this fundraiser to help his family. His loving wife Brittany, his son Wesley and his daughter Briella. He was their foundation. He loved his family fiercely and was always there to protect them. We want to alleviate the strain and help them manage the unexpected financial burdens of funeral arrangements, and other expenses during this challenging time. This will allow them to grieve without added financial pressure.
