If you’ve met Chef Wai, you’ve probably laughed—possibly at an inappropriate joke—and likely walked away with a full belly and a lighter heart. That’s just who he is: sarcastic, quick-witted, and fiercely loyal. He brings joy and flavor to every room he walks into, and he's the kind of person who shows up for others without hesitation.

Right now, Wai and his partner, Linda, are walking through a very tough chapter. Linda is undergoing treatment for cancer, and Wai is doing what he does best: showing up with strength, humor, and his signature resilience.
