My name is Nicole, and I am reaching out for help for my family during the most difficult time of our lives. My husband, Victor Tran, recently suffered a stroke and a severe brain bleed. Right now, he is unable to speak, and we are unsure if he will recover. Victor has always been the one to provide for our family, covering most of our bills, including our rent. With him unable to work, I am struggling to keep up with our expenses and care for our two young children, a 6-year-old daughter and a 2-year-old son.

We have very little money left, and I do not have family who can help us financially. Every day is a challenge as I try to make sure my children have what they need. Without a car, I rely on Lyft or Uber to get to work and back, which adds to our expenses. The stress and uncertainty are overwhelming, but I am doing everything I can to keep my family safe and together.

The past few days there are some good and bad news but Victor is fighting extremely hard! My husband was eased out of sedation and the breathing tube was removed! Victor is working on hard on doing the commands asked of him, but his left side is impacted by the stroke and blood clot. Victor could only grunt at first but he is starting to talk and his humor is present! Today we have a couple scans to see if the blood clot has stabilized and if not, he will have another surgery to remove the clot.
