Dear Friends,

It is with profound sadness that we share the heartbreaking news of the tragic passing of our dear friend, Mr. Venkat Rama Rao Urusula, who lived in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK, with his wife and young son. Venkat, who had traveled to India for a holiday, along with several family members—including his father, brother-in-law, and a close friend—tragically lost their lives in a car accident while returning from Tirupathi, where they had gone for a Daiva Darshanam. This loss has deeply affected all who knew them.

In addition to this tragedy, Mr. Urusula’s mother, sister, niece, and nephew were severely injured in the accident. We are deeply saddened to share that Mr. Urusula’s nephew, who had been fighting for his life, passed away on September 9, 2024. The family is now facing an even more challenging road to recovery.

We have started this initiative to support the surviving family members and assist those recovering from their injuries. Any contribution, no matter how small, will provide crucial relief during this incredibly difficult time.
