Let’s help my Dad Continue Treatment for Stage 4 Colon Cancer
In October 2025, my dad was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. We later learned that the cancer had also spread to his liver and partially to the lungs.
In November, he required emergency surgery because a tumor in his colon was causing a serious obstruction in his intestines. What was expected to be one procedure became more complicated, and he ultimately needed two additional surgeries. He spent nearly two months in the hospital recovering from those complications, followed by time in a rehabilitation facility. He has now been home in hospice for a few weeks.
He has decided he wants to continue fighting and he will start chemotherapy next week and move forward with an aggresive treatment.
At this time, my dad is unable to work. My mom has taken on the role of his full-time caregiver, which means she is also unable to work. Nobody prepares for something like this. We are doing the best we can to help them but the expenses for house bills, , transportation and everyday expenses are piling up.
Any support, whether through a donation or by sharing this fundraiser, is greatly appreciated.
We also ask that you please keep my dad in your prayers as he continues treatment.
Thank you for your support!
