Support for Vancouver Mall Shooting Victims

Fox 12 News StoryOn October 31 2024 me and my family of 5 were trick or treating at the Vancouver Mall, when a gunman took the life of another man. Brandon (boyfriend) and Daniel (Father) grabbed our children (5 annd 3) out of harms way as they were standing behind the intended target of the shooting. I was across the food court and a witness to it all. They were wounded in the process of protecting the girls. I was then tasked with calling 911 and applying medical aid to both of my wounded family while caring for our traumatized children. We are asking for financial support as we navigate this trying time. Our family is seeking trauma counseling as we are all affected by witnessing a murder in such a public setting. Anything you can give is appreciated, as we will also be using the funds to help with medical bills, surgeries, rent, and the time spent away from our jobs to heal our family.
