I was diagnosed with FAP, which is basically cancerous polyps in my colon. I’ve been traveling to M.D Anderson in Houston, Texas which is about 10 hours away. I’ve had one surgery to remove the bottom portion of my colon that contained polyps and the two tumors. The diagnosis was stage 3 cancer.

At this time my doctor and surgeon is working on the best treatment plan for me. This will require additional trips to Houston over the next couple of months which will result in unexpected medical expenses.
