Hi, this is my brother Tyler and my sister in law Aliya Polderman. They were newlywed in October 2023, and announced their pregnancy in March with a due date of August 16, 2024. The couple lives in Destin, Florida, but was recently traveling for her best friend’s wedding in Virginia. They stopped in Knoxville, TN for a night, there Aliya’s water broke. She was just 23 weeks pregnant so they had to perform an emergency C section. Micah Polderman made his entrance to the world on April 19, 2024. Mama and baby boy are both doing well, but were told he might be in the NICU until the original due date in August or after. The couple is resting in the goodness of God and they know that He is taking care of their baby boy. The best way you can help them is to also believe that God is who He says He is and that He will do what He says He will do!
