Support for Tyanna and Family

TyAnna Dennis has had to endure what no mother ever should. In June 2022, her son Manny was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukeumia (AML). He initially went through treatments with Children's Hospital, including a bone marrow transplant in which Ty was the donor. In January 2023, the cancer had gone into remission and he was able to ring the bell.

Unfortunately, during follow up scans this past June 2023, doctor's had found the cancer has come back. He has since gone through a variety of treatments, but unfortunately they received the devastating news last week that the cancer has continued to spread and is no longer responding to the chemo. Ty was on her way to the hospital Tuesday to meet with the recommended Hospice team when her car suddenly caught fire while on the highway. Thankfully she was able to get both herself and Manny out of the car and to safety without any injury, but car is in total ruin, along with their belongings that could not be retrieved. This was her means of transportation to get her son back and forth for his treatments several times a week.

Ty and her children are such wonderful people and they have had to go through unthinkable hardships this past year.
