I’m Dianne Shapiro, mother of Troy Storms. It is with a heavy heart that I advise you of Troy’s death on Saturday, 2/9/25. He suffered with COPD, bronchitis, asthma and emphysema. He was not feeling well for about a week with a cold that may have gone into pneumonia since he had that a few months ago. He lost his wife, Catherine, just 5 weeks ago. He is going to be cremated but we don’t have the funds to pay for it since we just had to go through the same process with his wife. His son , Christopher, was living with and taking care of his parents and hasn’t been able to work due to illness. They were in financial difficulties and now this is Christopher’s responsibility. He is on the verge of eviction and has no where to turn. Any donations for cremation and financial assistance would be greatly appreciated.
