Support for Travis' Family in Difficult Times

Dear Family and Friends,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the tragic news of the passing of our father, Gaylord Travis Sayers. A proud member of the armed forces, he served with valor during Operation Desert Shield & Operation Iraqi Freedom, dedicating his life to protecting our country. Tragically, he was taken from us in an act of violence.

Those who knew him understood his love for life, from his passion for fishing to his adventures on motorcycles, watching Notre Dame and his knack for "shooting the shit" with friends and family. He leaves behind a legacy of laughter, love, and bravery.

Travis is survived by his three children, three cherished grandchildren and his sister. As we mourn his loss, we are also preparing to welcome his newest grandchild in May, a bittersweet reminder of the circle of life.

In this difficult time, we humbly ask for your support. All funds raised will go towards honoring his memory with a proper funeral service and assisting with the upkeep of his home and bills. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference in helping our family navigate this challenging period.
