I met Topanga at the park when Cali was just a baby and Topanga was playing so sweetly with her and included my daughter as well. She was clapping hands and singing with our girls on that beautiful sunny day. We hit it off and I joked asking if she wanted to be my nanny with her daughter Cali coming along too. Topanga and Cali have since been part of our lives for nearly the last 3 years.

Her sweet Cali unexpectantly passed away in her sleep this week. Cali was one of my daughters besties. They played often. Cali would always come running up to my house with a huge smile on her face. It always made my day!! She was always SO happy.

Topanga and Logan are some of the best parents around! Their kids are so loved and they know it. Topanga shared a beautiful post saying, 'I woke up that morning with the immense prompting to treat it as if it were her last day on earth. I am so glad I listened. We seriously had the perfect day and did everything she wanted to do. We went to the "dishwasher" (aka the car wash), I bought her some treats at Costco that I don't normally buy, we played with puzzles, play dough, hide n seek, had lots of snuggles, and I dragged them across the floor on a blanket for probably an hour straight because they kept saying for more. She kept saying "Mom, I love you. I know you love me too. Today is the best day ever!" As if she knew she would soon be going home to Jesus.'
