Support for Tony's Memorial Costs

Hello! I’m Sofia and am trying to raise funds for my brothers funeral costs. Tony passed away on September 21, 2024 at 2:49 am, at mercy hospital, at the age of 42. Tony was a true warrior and fought long and hard for years. This past year, we went in and out of Standford hospital many times. He needed a heart transplant and ended up getting an LVAD and RVAD to aid his heart before a transplant. His heart was slowly going and so were his other organs. This past Wednesday, he finally came home after 3+ months of being in the hospital. We were so happy and ecstatic. He was finally home. He went in for his first round of hemodialysis this Friday, September 20, 2024 and ended up never coming home. I’m reaching out for help to alleviate some of the costs of the funeral.
