On December 2nd, 2025, our father, Anthony Ruiz passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. He leaves behind his loving wife Maria and a 14 year old daughter Emma, who meant the absolute world to him. While not his biological children, he also leaves behind myself and two older siblings, Eric and Viridiana, who he helped raise.

He was the sole provider for our family, and he devoted his time to managing Owens Healthcare in Susanville. He loved helping his community and worked tireless hours, even sometimes working overtime to assure people had what they needed on the weekends when no one else was available. My dad also served as a full-time minister devoting countless hours to God. Many in our congregation will tell you Tony was their "go-to guy", and he will be truly missed.

As you can imagine we are just completely broken and attempting to pick up all the pieces. One of these being the reality of a financial need. Immediate funds are needed for funeral arrangements as well as any other expenses that may arise for my mom and sister. Your help is much appreciated, as we know Tony would have done the same for any one of you, his friends.
