Hi, my name is Efren. I’m starting this with the hope of helping raise any additional funds for my cousin, who was practically a brother to us, and for the wife, children, and family he left behind in Mexico.

He was truly a breath of fresh air. He was very outgoing, always the life of the party, the funniest guy in the room that can make anyone smile, and a hardworking man who was doing everything he could to move forward in life, legally and ethically, like our parents showed us & just like many of us.

On or around 4/11, his life was taken from us senselessly. Something I won’t find myself to forgive very easily.

His passing has left a hole in our heart and he will always be missed and remembered. As I write this, tears are falling down my eyes and beautiful memories flood my mind. We’re not the type to ever ask for anything we are used to giving more than we take, so this isn’t easy to write. But I'd do anything to help someone I love, especially my own blood. As my cousin was the bread winner I know any support will make a difference during this difficult time. I thank all the people reaching out offering to help so this is the easiest way I can think of. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for all that loved my cousin and for any donation or even just sharing this.

Hola, mi nombre es Efren. Estoy iniciando esto con la esperanza de ayudar a recaudar fondos adicionales para mi primo, quien ES prácticamente un hermano , y para su esposa, sus hijos y la familia que dejó atrás.

Él realmente era un soplo de aire fresco. Siempre era el alma de la fiesta, el más chistoso del lugar que nos hacía todos sonreír , y un hombre trabajador que hacía todo lo posible por salir adelante en la vida, de manera legal y ética, como nos enseñaron nuestros padres y como muchos de nosotros.

El 11 de abril, o alrededor de esa fecha, su vida fue arrebatada de una manera sin sentido. Algo que no me resulta fácil perdonar, pero así es la vida y solo Dios sabe lo que hace.

Su partida dejará un vacío en nuestros corazones y siempre será extrañado y recordado. No somos de pedir nada; normalmente damos más de lo que recibimos, por eso no es fácil escribir esto. Pero haría lo que fuera por ayudar a alguien que amo, y más aún siendo de mi sangre. Sé que cualquier apoyo hará la diferencia para su familia en este momento tan difícil, así que GRACIAS de todo corazón por cualquier donación o incluso por compartir esto.
