Support for Tommy Taylor's Final Journey (funeral costs)

Let me introduce you to Tommy Taylor, an amazing guy whose chances were cut short. Tommy got diagnosed 4 years ago with colon cancer that metastasized into the liver. Tommy has two young boys and a beautiful wife. He's given his absolute all—every type of chemo you could think of, radiation he's explored. He's out of options and the end is near. He's recently gone on hospice and he's not responsive.
