Hello everyone, my name is Bessie Dean and I am making this on behalf of my grandmother, Kathy Dean. We received a phone call yesterday morning regarding my uncle, Tommy Dean, who has passed away. We are trying to raise funds to have his funeral arrangements and to get him transported back home to West Virginia so we can lay him to rest.
