Support for Tom Merkle's Fight Against Cancer

My name is Jenaé; the daughter of the best parents: Tom and Kelly Merkle. I am putting together this fundraiser to support them through the most trying time.

In the summer of 2022, my dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. For seven months, he fought bravely, and we celebrated when he received the all-clear after treatment. The joy of those clear scans filled our hearts with hope.

However, in March 2024, after weeks of waiting, we received devastating news: the cancer had returned and spread to his liver. Since then, my dad has shown incredible strength and determination, facing each challenge with unmatched tenacity. As he completes his latest round of chemotherapy, we are grateful to share that he has been accepted into the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. This opportunity gives us hope, especially in light of the recent news about the cancer's progression.
