Support for Tom Koenig & Family After the Loss of Shelly

Many have reached out asking how they can help during this incredibly difficult time.

On March 18, 2026, our family lost a beautiful soul, Shelly Marie Koenig, who went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Shelly’s faith was the foundation of her life. She trusted in God through every season—even in her hardest moments—and carried herself with a peace and strength that could only come from that kind of faith. She didn’t just speak about her beliefs, she lived them daily through love, kindness, and compassion for others.

Shelly was the kind of person who would do anything for anyone. She consistently put others before herself—whether that meant offering support, showing up when someone needed her, or simply making sure everyone around her felt included, cared for, and valued. She had a true servant’s heart and a light that radiated wherever she went.

She was a devoted wife to her husband, Tom, for nearly 25 years, and a loving, proud mother. Her family was her greatest joy, and she cherished every moment spent together. She created a life full of love, laughter, and meaningful memories that will live on forever.

Even while battling cancer, Shelly remained positive and grateful. She rarely complained, and instead often spoke about how blessed she was. That was who she was—strong, faithful, and full of grace.

As Tom and the family walk through this incredibly difficult time, we are asking for support to help ease the financial burden that comes with such a loss. Medical expenses, funeral costs, and ongoing daily living expenses can quickly become overwhelming.

If you feel led to give, any donation—no matter the amount—would be deeply appreciated and will go directly toward helping Tom and the family as they navigate life without Shelly.

If you are unable to donate, we ask for your continued prayers for peace, comfort, and strength in the days ahead. Sharing this page with others would also mean so much and helps us reach those who knew and loved Shelly.

Thank you for your love, support, and kindness during this time.
