Support for TJ after devastating accident.

As many of you know, on June 2nd, my brother was involved in a horrific motorcycle accident, that will forever change his life.
Due to the impact of the accident, he suffered a significant injury to his right leg and was immediately taken to Blake Medical Hospital and underwent emergency surgery to try and save his leg. During his 36 days in the hospital, he underwent multiple surgeries and some of the surgeons were optimistic.
The first attempt to save his leg was unsuccessful, as the damage was too severe. After the bad news from that, he elected to get a rod placed from his hip down to his shin in hopes he would be bale to get a knee replacement down the road. Unfortunately after that procedure the plan changed again. We were informed because of the lack of muscle, tendons and bone, the chances were less than 5% he would ever bend his knee again.
This was agonizing and devastating. The pain was so severe, they could barely get it under control. Unfortunately with many injuries like this and all of the debris from the accident, the major concern was infection and his overall well-being.
After a week passed, and infection was present, the pain was still unmanageable, the decision was made to amputate above the knee, and would get a prosthesis in the future.
As you can imagine, his whole life is now changed. At this time, he is not mobile enough to be on his own, work, or do activities we take for granted on a daily basis. On top of all of that, he cannot do the fun things with his daughter Maci he loves so much, go to the gym, or care for his beloved pup, Blaze.
Despite our hesitation, we are reaching out to ask for help as this is going to be a very long road to recovery for him, mentally, physically and of course, financially.
We would appreciate any prayers, positive vibes and if you are close to him, he would love visits!
If you are able to donate at any capacity, our family would be extremely grateful for your willingness to help is this time of need.
We are so blessed that he is alive and we are forever grateful for the angel watching over him that day.
Thank you all.
