My name is Shelbie. I was very close to Tino. He would refer to me as his stepdaughter. I'm making this GoFundMe for Tino's son Jared and the rest of his family.

I don’t really know how to say this…

On March 31, 2026, we lost Tino suddenly to a heart attack. It still doesn’t feel real at all. One minute he was here, and then he wasn’t.

We’re all just trying to deal with it the best we can, but it’s been really hard. He meant a lot to all of us, and it hurts not having him here.

Jared came into town to handle everything, and it’s been a lot on him. Between food, hotel, gas, driving all over to get things done, and even getting back home, it’s all adding up fast.

The cremation alone is $1,100, which is being handled by Tino's son Jacob and his GoFundMe that he has running. This GoFundMe is specifically for Jared while he is traveling to handle the end-of-life services. Also, so he can have food and transportation as well as somewhere to stay during this difficult time. Tino also has a lot of kids who want to keep a part of him, so we’re trying to get necklaces so everyone can have some of his ashes.

We’re also hoping to put together a celebration of life for him. We’ll keep everyone updated on that, but right now we’re just trying to figure out how to even make something like that happen. If anyone has recommendations or resources, we’re open to anything.

None of this was planned, and it’s just a lot all at once.
