Helping a friend:
Tina Miller has been radiating courage and strength in her three-year battle against stage 4 kidney disease. Recently, her remarkable journey took a dramatic turn, demanding even greater fortitude—on March 26th, Tina's dialysis session was complicated when she fainted, and the medical staff had to administer CPR four times to revive her, a testament to the unimaginable challenges she has faced. Despite this setback, Tina's spirit remains unbroken. On April 3rd, she returned home from St. Joseph's Hospital, and though her resilience is still being tested, her determination inspires those around her. As her family prepares for an upcoming move, they face the daunting task of managing mounting medical bills, a challenge amplified by limited financial resources. Tina is surrounded by love and support from her mom, sister, and nephew. However, the family began receiving medical bills on April 14th that ACCCHS will not cover totaling $3702.41, adding to their stress as they prepare for the move at the beginning of May, a challenging task when financial stability is uncertain.
