My name is Timothy, and I recently had an accident that left me with a fractured jaw. Because of this injury, I am unable to work and will be out of work for some time as I recover. On top of my own recovery, I am the primary caregiver for my mother, who is a stroke patient, and my uncle, who is in his 70s and faces multiple health issues. Both of them rely on me for daily care and transportation to their medical appointments, and right now, I am struggling to keep up with everything on my own.

The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward covering our medical bills, transportation costs, and daily living expenses. My mother and uncle are not as mobile as I am, and with my current condition, it has become even more challenging to get them to their appointments and provide the care they need.
