My brother Timmy and his wife Michelle Montgomery have been facing an incredibly difficult journey. For the past six months, Timmy has been fighting for his life in the ICU at Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia. He was diagnosed with a rare illness called ANCA Vasculitis, which attacks the body both inside and out. Throughout this time, Timmy has endured countless struggles, infections, and operations. His strength and determination to overcome each challenge have amazed everyone around him—doctors, nurses, staff, friends, and family alike. Timmy is determined to keep fighting so he can return home and continue making a positive impact on everyone he knows and loves. He has always worked hard to provide for his family as the sole provider for his wife and stepchildren, and his greatest wish is to come back home to all of us.

While Timmy has been in the hospital, Michelle has been doing everything she can to keep their household running. The struggle to maintain their vehicle and cover daily transportation expenses has been extreme, especially as she commutes back and forth to the hospital. Michelle has been vigorously searching for employment but has not yet been able to find a job. The financial strain has been overwhelming, and they need support now more than ever.
