My name is Timber Gallacher, and this is a fundraiser that I'm setting up for my dad's funeral expenses, as well as support for my mother and nephew.

My dad passed away early this morning on April 6th. He'd been on hospice care since late January, but even before that, his body had been through so much. He was diagnosed with prostate cancer back in 2019, and though his treatments were successful in removing it, the radiation caused his body to have a plethora of other issues. Over the years, he'd had several stent surgeries and hospital visits for complications, but his body had been worn down by the time he'd gotten this most recent infection.

My parents had been together for most of their lives, and naturally, this loss will be hitting my mom the hardest. Not only had he been a rock for her since their teen years, but his loss now means she'll be raising my nephew (their grandson) alone. This will also inevitably lead to some financial strain as we figure out bills, funeral costs, and the many other hurdles that come with this tragic change in our lives.

All proceeds donated will go towards the funeral service, burial plot, and bills that will ease my mom's financial burden. We greatly appreciate any donation, no matter the size.
