Hello Friends and Family,

Thank you for your thoughts and prayers for Josh, Meaghan and their growing family. So many have reached out offering support, so we decided to set up a GoFundMe for their family. They will use any money we raise to get meals delivered and help while they recover.

For those who don’t know, Josh went to the urgent care on 3/19 for the pain he was experiencing and was sent to the emergency room to have emergency surgery late that evening. He had a large (softball-sized) tumor growing on his stomach and internal bleeding. The surgery was successful. They removed the large tumor and stopped the bleeding. He has 30 staples in his abdomen and is limited on what he can do. Josh was discharged from the hospital on Tuesday and has been recovering. We’re still waiting for results from the tumor biopsy.

At the same time, Meaghan was pregnant and due any day. Josh got home from the hospital Tuesday, 3/22, and before the clock struck midnight, they were heading back to the same hospital. Early Wednesday morning, they welcomed their second daughter! Both mother and newborn are healthy and recovering.

If you’re like us, your mouth is ajar. Needless to say, this family has been through a lot in a short period of time. So we set a modest goal of $500 with hopes that we can help them and get some relief while they rest and recover at home.
