Last night, three beautiful children lost their sweet, sweet momma in an automobile accident. She was taken from her babies right before Christmas. She left behind so many family members who loved her dearly and her sweet significant other who is now learning how to rebuild his life in this new “normal.”

Unfortunately, in scenarios such as this one, a two-income household becomes one, and the bills don’t care about feelings. Her children are still going to need things, dad is still going to need to pay bills, they are going to need to buy time to deal with this loss. He stated very clearly to me that he was not okay taking people’s hard-earned money but unfortunately has had to succumb to the fact that his children need him to get over his pride.

Thoughts and prayers, meals, Christmas gifts, and monetary donations will be so very appreciated in this time of rebuilding. I’ll keep everyone updated as best as I can.
