Thomas Moran Jr. was a devoted husband to Rachel, a loving father to Trenton, and a cherished friend to many. He was known for his passion for mushroom hunting, his love of video games like Diablo and Space Marines, and his enthusiasm for Warhammer 401k. Thomas also enjoyed spending time with his wife and their animals—cats, a dog, and chickens. He and Rachel both worked from home in the oil and gas industry, where Thomas excelled as a title landman. After living in West Virginia, Thomas moved to Dennison, Ohio, to build a life with Rachel and their animal family.

On a day that changed everything, Thomas collapsed suddenly. Rachel performed CPR until the ambulance arrived, and Thomas was transferred first to Union Hospital in Dover, Ohio, and then to Cleveland Clinic Main. Despite the best efforts of medical professionals, Thomas passed away that evening around 9:38pm Est. The family is now facing significant medical expenses, funeral costs, and the challenge of keeping up with household bills during this incredibly difficult time.

UPDATE 1: I also want to mention that Rachel and TJ were independent contractors with oil and gas. They do not have insurance so the medical bills will be higher. Also we believe there was not much of a life insurance policy set up. This is the main reason for setting up this GoFundMe.
