Support for Theodore's Journey Home

Theo was born on March 19th, 2024 in North Carolina and has been hospitalized ever since. He was born with an airway disorder known as tracheobronchomalacia which causes his airway to collapse while breathing. He is now Trach/vent dependent and has a G-tube for feedings. He also has a brain malformation, moderate to severe hearing loss and several other medical conditions that will require close monitoring and follow up with specialists.

His parents, Collin and Isabel have been trained to care for and manage Theo from a home setting. Collin is a specialists in the Army and has had to make the difficult decision to seperate from the Army where he has served the last 3 years and will now be returning home to PA to be able to care for Theo.

Collin and Isabel will be unemployed for a period of time while he is seperating from the Army, they relocate from NC to PA. and until they get Theo discharged home and into a stable care routine.

While many of Theo's supplies and medical bills will be paid for by insurance, there are many additional financial burdens his parents are facing during this transition.

All funds raised will go directly to Collin and Isabel to help offset their spending on food, lodging, travel, and moving expenses as well as all of Theos additional needs not covered by insurance. Any and all help is greatly appreciated to get sweet Theo out of the hospital and home with his family. Thank you!
