Support for the Whittingtons - UPDATE

The Whittington family makes a community wherever they go – whether it’s at school, on the sidelines of a soccer game, at KPMG, and now in Los Angeles. Just as they were putting down their roots in the Pacific Palisades community, the wildfires ravaging LA upended their lives and took everything, including their beloved cats, Miles and Ruby. Many of you have reached out and asked how you can help Caroline, Luke, Charlotte, and Henry pick up the pieces and begin to rebuild their lives.

The entire family is so very grateful for everyone’s thoughts, prayers, and kind offers. Right now, they are working through the shock and grief of losing everything, and they are not quite sure what they need, so I set up this page with Andrea Drinkard so that everyone who knows and loves the Whittingtons can share their support in one place – whether through messages or donations. The funds will go towards whatever the family needs most as they wait for insurance to come through and as they figure out what’s next. The family appreciates each and every one of you – their community – and your love and support will help them get back on their feet as they recover from this tragedy.

UPDATE: The Whittingtons are incredibly grateful for all of the kind words and donations. They also wanted to share that today they signed a lease for an apartment — a big step toward feeling like they have somewhere to call home again. They will be living in the Westwood neighborhood near UCLA close to Caroline’s office, the kids’ schools, and most importantly across the street from a Target and Trader Joe’s. We will undoubtedly see a few Joanna Gaines pieces in the apartment’s decor!!!
