Support for the Vance Family

This GoFundMe is being created to help show love and support to the Vance family after Dave (a project manager for a roofing company) fell about 20 feet from the roof of a home on Thursday, March 24th and incurred several injuries. He now has broken bones in his spine and right arm, a concussion, and some contusions/gashes. He had surgery on Friday 3/25, and was thankfully able to come home.

 

While it is a miracle he is alive, and they are incredibly grateful for that outcome, he will be unable to work for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately, he does not qualify for workers comp, so all expenses will fall on the family with no replacement of Dave's income. In addition to their normal living expenses and bills, they will have medical bills coming in soon for Dave's 5-day hospital stay, surgery, and continued care. Lena battled cancer in 2018 and their savings was essentially depleted covering those medical costs. As you can imagine, this is an overwhelming financial burden.
