Support for the Tracy Family

Hi, my name is Linda Powell and together with my sister Christine McDonald, we are fundraising for support for our sister Shannon (Powell) Tracy and her two children Lillian and Vincent Tracy.

 

With great sadness and a heavy heart, we inform you that Philipp Tracy passed away on Wednesday, April 13th. Phillip was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer about a month ago. Despite Philip's determination to want to fight this, it was beyond medical intervention. During these past few weeks, Philip was surrounded by the constant love of his wonderful wife and children, which made for comfort during his final weeks and days.

 

Philip was an incredibly kind and caring man. His dry quick wit made everyone who knew him laugh. His love for the outdoors ran through his veins. He adored spending time fishing and hunting and every aspect of the sport, thus all the preparation like scouting... He took pride in training their dogs, Charlie and more recently Byrd to accompany him in his outdoor adventures. He treasured sharing this appreciation of the outdoors with his family.

 

Philips's love for his family and their love for him was unmatched. Shannon, Lillian (12 years old), and Vincent (10 years old) will now begin their journey ahead. While they do so, they need as much love, prayers, and support. By financially contributing to Team Tracy, you will be assisting with final arrangments and memorial for Philip, medical bills, household expenses, and needs off the children. Your support is greatly appreciated as they navigate this heartbreaking time. Thank you all.
