My name is Lindsey Alexander, and I am the Etowah High School Girls Soccer Coach. I am creating this GoFundMe on behalf of the Stefano family, who unexpectedly lost their mother, Jami.

Jami Stefano joined CCSD in 2011 as a lead nurse overseeing our school nurse program. Among her honors, she was named Georgia PTA Outstanding Nurse of the Year and a March of Dimes Georgia Nurse Administrator of the Year state finalist. To say the very least, she has touched many lives. Jami's sudden passing on Saturday, July 26th, 2025, has devastated the family and the community. Jami leaves behind two precious daughters, Macie & Mya, and her husband of 22 years, Ryan, along with an abundance of friends, family, and coworkers that adored her. Jami was a sunshine in everyone's lives and would lend a hand to anyone who needed it.
